The Mars Autonomous Vehicle for Innovative Science, M.A.V.I.S. for short is a rover inspired by the Sherpa Rover that consists of six major sub-assemblies: wheels, steering, suspension, chassis, robotic arm, and science suite. It is the first semi-autonomous rover ever developed in UPRM history by students. One of it's main features is that it supports two payloads that attach to the payload bay in the front of the rover.
